Service Tray

Defective goods or incomplete deliveries have to be announced 10 days after receiving the delivery. We grant the customer the right to return the delivered products intact, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return of the products is at the expense and risk of the customer. Please send us a message to bewelcome@be-marrakech.com and ask for the address in Switzerland or Morocco.

Everything is handcrafted - We produce all the products with talented artisans in the Souk of Marrakech. Please give us up to 2-4 weeks to make your delivery ready for shipping. If the product is on stock, the shipping takes only 3-7 days.
