We are looking forward to have you with us. We offer a home away from home! Our two charming Riads are traditional Moroccan private houses and are connected on the rooftop.

 

Each Riad has its own particular style. "The Oasis" is full of plants, patterns and colors, while "The Essence" Riad breaks everything down to the essentials of life - traditional handcrafted wood work on the doors, combined with graphical patterns and classical Moroccan tile work in the colors black, white, green, and moustard.

What's a Riad? Riad in Arabic means "garden", and it stands for a house with an open patio with trees in it. You don't see the beauty of the houses from the outside - you have to step in to the heavenly world full of history, culture and traditions. If you stay with us you will experience how local people are living - we open our doors to this fascinating world.

Booking Terms & Conditions

 

 

ROOMS: All our 10 rooms have double or twin beds, a heater or air-conditioning, separate space for your clothes,  a cozy Moroccan lounge and WiFi. The bathroom is decorated with colorful mosaics or traditional tadelakt and has a sink, toilet and a shower. You can book our Riad exclusive for large groups, family and friends. Contact us directly for an exclusive offer.

 

PRICES: All the prices are per room / per night and includes homemade breakfast, city taxes of 2.50 Euro per person / per night and 20% VAT.

RESERVATION: The reservation is confirmed after we received the 50% deposit booking via PayPal. Please follow the instruction direct in our booking system. If you have any problems with the system don't hesitate to contact us directly.

CANCELLATION: For cancellations till 30 days before arrival we pay back the 50% deposit, for cancellation after 30 days before check-in we charge 50% of the total booking amount, for cancellation 7 days before arrival or “no Show” we charge the 100%.
